A guiding light…flowing

I see through this love
Stars that follow me in dreams
The melody of the cosmic night unfolds
Soothing me in my sleep.
Whispered colors blending through
Imagined spaces where I float above
Capturing the sparkle
To set free in daylights rainy hours.
I remember this place I’ve never been,
Perhaps in another time
When I had been just a thought slipping between
The sheets of clouds
Silky like an image too beautiful to behold
And I stand in awe of the power
Of this love affair
Of galaxies and colors
I open my soul
To embrace
The majestic moment
As it unfolds.

I love the photography found on this blog, please stop by and explore the beauty of a world on film. Peace and blessings.

  1. I’ve always been like that. When I was four or so I went outside on a warm summer? Day and living in the country we were surrounded by fields…the drone of the cicadas filled the air and the hum of a tractor nearby and the rich smell in the air of turned up soil…I leaned my head back and closed my eyes feeling the sun on my face and just smiled to the sky….how’s that for a memory? It’s days like that I search for, to recreate the feeling of just a pure and simple joy in being one with it all….this photo brings to me that day and the thoughts of having been there to see the perfection of the moment. Does that make sense? Thank you Michael as you seem to have unleashed this deepens of something in me and that truly is a gift. Peace and blessings, Kim

  2. I loved this piece, Kim. I’m with you in the feeling that I remember this place I’ve never been… This is often the sensation I have when faced with startling beauty. What makes it so startling is the feeling that we recognize it… How could that be? And yet it is…. 🙂
