I walked into the softness of a morning broken
soundless skies speak and the moon hangs
like a balloon that has lost it’s string yet hovers
just out of reach
floating gently on this calm sky
and I watch in wonder
set free in thoughts of how many others
see the same image
and dream through the rest of their day
of a stunning ball of white
saying adieu
as the sun greets and takes charge
of this spectacle
in her power she glistens off of the same sky
sharing the moment
in perpetual silence.

Thanks Elouise, still enjoying it down here even with the heat. Always something new to see, even if it’s just a bug, haha….I get amused by the strangest things, running around with my camera like a tourist😊life is good and I’m so glad you’re back, you were truly missed. Peace and love and hi to Lucy, Kim

Lovely! Seeing the setting moon as the sun peeks at it is magic. So glad to know you’re doing alright in this crazy-hot summer. Taking it slow and easy up here in the great Northeast.
Happy thoughts and cool breezes….Elouise. 😊

not sure if I had replied to you or not, having some WP issues…some things showing up, others not, but
just in case, thank you my friend. I like that we all look at the same brilliant sky
and perhaps get lost in our thoughts about others thoughts 😉 a big circle of thought
filled with joy 🙂 peace and love, Kim

Thanks Derrick. It was an amazing sight. If I could see that every night/morning, I’d be a blessed soul….not that I don’t appreciate the clouds, but I like the full Monty view so to speak😊🌕🎈 peace and blessings, Kim

You’ll never lose me my friend, that’s why I’m saving up your reads from yesterday, they are beautiful….or I like them and comment here via email, but then you don’t get to see the love on your site…..they’re looking into it….I had to change my password to WP and to my computer…Apple upgraded too…almost like a perfect storm, add in vacation…..turned into a tidal wave of stress, but I’m flowing along nicely now…..the beach trip and the moon set me on an even keel. It’s the time of year when kids are going back to school, etc….a lot of people have tapered off due to busyness but they’ll be back, I haven’t been posting every day…..keeping calm and blogging on when my soul has words to gift, but did get caught up on my reading yesterday morning. Yay. Oh, good morning too my friend, and like I said, the three I read yesterday, especially the one about your daughter…..priceless and a true gem. And that my friend is the Kim Perspective…..so there😊💕 love to the fam and have an amazing Friday🌕🎈

I composed it the minute I set eyes on that big beauty in the sky, those words come easily when you’re in love with the world before you, and Luna did inspire, she followed us on our walk…felt like a big balloon tagging along😊so glad you enjoyed it…..found out my comments in some cases are going to spam…you may find me in that box…WP working on it😊🎈🎈🎈🎈💜

Sorry Kim
But your comments are not showing up
I know wp has been doing up grade
I’ve had to log in at times to post
The first few days it drove me up the wall
I’ve lost a lot of people
Had to go back to find them
Well sending lite and love

You know me my friend, the perpetual dreamer, and I love the idea that where others are, they’re seeing the same big amazing moon. Working on my comment issue with WordPress, check your spam folder on WP, think you’re going to find lots of me in there…sigh. Peace and love, miss the provoking, ha, smiles and blessings, K

See the same image
And dream through the rest of the day
That really hit me hard
Not the rest didn’t
But that one line
Just sent me in a direction
The similarities, yet the difference
Between you and I
Simply beautiful
