Moon haiku

Cheshire smiling sky

Moonlight laughs at us below

wishbone out of reach.

I attempted to take some photos last night of the moon and her pal that sat beside, and as I downloaded the images to my computer, realized the star? or planet beside had turned into a wishbone. Couldn’t resist a fun moon haiku.

  1. I love that!
It’s amazing how an image differs so much from ‘reality.’
I am going to invest in a new camera so that I can get some better moon shots. You know how much I love Lady Luna.

  2. Thank you Sue, yes, the skies have been spectacular here in Florida, lots of clear nights with stunning sunsets too ๐Ÿ™‚ easier to get sunset shots than luna up high ๐Ÿ™‚

  4. It’s so hard to take pics with my small camera, and when you try to hold still, makes it worse but I thought this was very cool โค had to share and fell asleep thinking about the crescent looking like the cheshire cats smile. Just remembered it a few minutes ago and viola. Now for the wish ๐Ÿ™‚
