A gentle tone

He plays to my heart

gifts that send peace rippling through

in waves of quiet splendor

gentle tones vibrate to reach the soul,

a calming place.

Slow and moving to the hum

the resonance of sound fills the air

and I smile in wonder that such simplicity

can garner so much good,

how can we not lose ourselves

in moments of quiet contemplation

as the sound rises filling the blue room,

the fan circulating the air above

as my head drifts into a scene of silence

broken only by the hum

of a precious gifted metal bowl

in blue to match the hue

of this life of beauty,

I give thanks for the honor of being here

and for the song given

by the deepest heart of the man I adore.

My birthday gift from my husband, a Tibetan singing bowl. He saw me looking at them a few weeks back and I told him I could not justify paying that price for one, it’s a beautiful shade of blue, with a heart connection to the hum and then nestled within, a carved stone heart, a sunstone (a power stone for bringing joy and other positive feelings into your life. Awaken cosmic consciousness and help you to be open to blessing others with your personal abilities and gifts. They release stress and aid mental clarity), ha! Does that man know me well, or what? I have got it to sing perfectly, feeling the vibration move through and it makes me smile and feel so very good. Similar looking bowl to mine here:

Must say, one of my best gifts ever ❤ thank you my love ❤

Weathered souls falling

You surround me in your cloak of color
Autumns mistress comes
Passions red fills the senses
As yellows faded like a distant sun
Moving farther into self
Slipping below
A horizon of thought.
Scents of remembered moments
And a days cracked memories weathered
By the passage of time
And seasons leaving withered images
To quietly behold.
Your softest browns fall about me
With each step I take through the towers
Majestic filters of cool illumination
And I am wrapped in color
Of an autumn approaching
Leaves like rain trickle down
And I closed my eyes
Taking the breath of life and exhaling
As the light moved beyond view
Leaving me standing aware
Of the forest and her structure
Of her brethren ensconced within
And the rush and bustle stopped
As if to sit with me and listen
The calming silence filling
Echoing the awareness
Of the heartbeat of a season coming
And sultry days left behind in the wake
Of earthen piles stacking
Floating,
whispering down on the bed
To sleep and become
One.

The movement of energy

Words flow through the mind
Movement of energy
Gifts of the universe
Come through to find me
Allowing the beauty to become
The central view
Of the emptied head
Cleansed to make room
For more.
His words filter to the soul
Bubbles of light frozen
Taken away to ponder
To immerse the thoughts into wonder
Of the wisdom found within
And I am left with a smile
At the way things here become reality
Or the essence of all we choose to see.
Ribbons tied neatly
In golden glitter against the earth,
Life glistens with the energy
Of a solitary soul
Who selflessly gives
Bringing a mood to the surface
Of gratitude and joy
And a prayer of thanks
To this amazing place we call home
Where life moves round to find
A resting place of peace.

Thoughts on a letter I received this morning and thoughts of yesterday when I found a gold bow beside the house that lay in the grass. It made me smile and I thought to myself, gifts from the universe….just because. I have no idea where or how that ribbon got there but after finding that, encountered a small feather and I thought then, thoughts have wings to move energy to make amazing things happen and this day has just blossomed into a light and happy moment in my life.
