We reach for the skies
alive in the showers that find
parched souls waiting for relief
embracing the moment
a shower falling gently
like a glorious dance.
Softness of color guide the eye
into the center of the perfect storm
I can feel the breath of a thousand clouds
forming in indigo shades
as I smile and close my eyes
to fully gather and hold tight the feeling,
the emotion of clean and the wetness that finds
absorbing the drops
like thoughts that slip through
as I gaze at this moment
with a peace in my heart,
sending the vibe to the universe
to be heard by those
who need to hear
the message so clear.
❤ I love the rain, not just endless variety of it ❤

Wonderful, Kim. I live in rain and moss country and (for the most part) love it – especially in the summer. 🙂

I’m looking forward to 50 believe it or not, may put some purple streaks in my hair to liven life up a bit too, much to hubbys dismay….and now learning watercolors, so many good things, I refresh the energy many times a day, a good feeling and the writing keeps me inspired. I love our tree, it was an amazing time and there are so many more to come 🙂

The thing is you have a whole complex chart! The sun sign is just one thing! I’ve got my Moon, Mercury, and Venus in Cancer in my natal chart. Astrology can be further complex and mind-boggling! ❤ Cancers really need to nurture themselves since their energy is always going out and are very absorbent of their surroundings ❤ Kim – gasp 50? My sister just turned 50 in February. I told her – this is a GOOD TIME! My warmest regards, and will always remember our first tree connection with your message that came forth and all your intuitive poems! Ooh, excited for you. Conjunctions and joined energy: you are already using the astro-language! 😉 Much Love, Ka

thanks Ka, just stopping by and visiting, been backlogged with too much lately and sometimes just enjoy the moments when I can sit and ponder someone elses works for a spell. Just finished your astrology post, never really knew much about it or have looked into it, perhaps with my 50th coming up shortly, I can add it to my bucket list of learning about myself in conjunction to the universe ❤ yep, a Cancer…unless there really is another sign added now….sigh….. ❤

Thanks so much Tre😊💚 we had a good soaking on and off this past week, some on tap for the weekend but I enjoy it, the plants desperately need it and it gives good writing fodder😊

Perhaps ‘colors guide’ or ‘color guides’ would add a little to the clarity of this (to my mind). I really like the ‘tone’ and ‘color’ of your words and only offer a smidgeon of friendly advice which can always ignore if you wish. G:)
