I loved this piece at the Ringling Museum in Sarasota. It spoke to me, hope you enjoy and sorry for the date marks (which are wrong, taken a few weeks ago) on the images, If I cropped it out, something would be lost in the wordless translation. Enjoy.

  1. clown college, really? They kind of scare me in away….everything down here seems to be Ringling something but Monday the art museum is free, so much to see but we want to do the circus museum and the house tour at some point…I’m sure we will 🙂 Peace and no scary clowns 🙂 Always, K

  2. It was a very cool piece, and for the year it was done, to have the little dog in there peeing on the column, well, I found that to be quite bizarre for its time. Same place as he katana exhibit but no pics allowed of the jeweled swords🙃

  3. It kept calling me back to stare at it, it is a great museum and so,e of the pieces take up an entire wall. I’m glad you enjoyed it, I took a bunch of pics and got smart knowing I wouldn’t remember what it was, took a picture of the bio next to each one. Easy peasy, so,glad you liked it😊

  4. What a nice picture. It seems to catch the left side of my eye. IF you have the chance, then please let us know what you think of our stories at Gastradamus. Your opinion would be a good one to have. Our newest story is called, “The Young and the Brestless”, and we think you would really like it.

  5. You have chosen a great painting for today. It resonates with so many aspects of life, facets some of us rarely think about. This is a treasure for sure. Even in the design of the frame there is meaning. …..I must be channeling my art history instructor! Sorry about that, I do love this.
